Purchase of a Kubota tractor through a website from Kentucky
All documents were designed to look like eBay MOTORS Docs so there were claims of delivery , inspection, etc and then the funds that were supposed to be held in an escrow account would then be distributed after I was satisfied with the tractor. There was to be an email with the shipping info etc and it never came. once I emailed Harry Patterson confirming the wire transfer to a Barclays Bank in London was made to the escrow account noted in the docs.
