I ordered an item what I thought was a coast dress -alva is the name a dress I had previously tried on locally but it had a mark on so I ordered it and it was the same picture they use on the coast website so I believed I was ordering the same item. It was supposed to be dispached within 24hrs. It was not I was supposed to receive it within 10 days -I emailed but they said it would be late -in broken English -the first I knew I was dealing with someone abroad. They said it would be late as they had too many items. I said dont bother sending as it would arrive after my deadline -they said it was already dispached then -which it wasn't. I eventually received a tracking number well after the date the item was supposed to have been delivered. It arrived last week and the item was a bvery inferior quality bright orange dress -not even the same colour the one I had seen in the shop. I had already gone to buy the one with the mark on locally and it fitted perfect. I had it cleaned and it was fine as they knocked money off. Knowing the one I ordered was not going to arrive on time. When I saw the dress this company sent the style wwas different to the one I ordered and it was not a coast dress it was a Karen Millen dress which did not fit me. The size was wrong. I have the two dresses and they are totally different and the China one is of terrible quality. But I thought I was ordering a real coast dress as in the picture off the coast website -with the same model. Here below are the emails back and forward. They will now not give me my money back.

Hi I have emailed previously I desperately but no reply i need this for Saturday this weekend but nt received an email to even say it is dispatched which I have read I should get an email about and 95% of oders are dispatched within 24 hrs of payment. I just need to know when I will receive it so I know to cancel order and have chance to buy elsewhere but I have not even had a reply to my email two days ago. I feel it's take my money and don't provide a service ? No email no despatch dates and no dress and no reply to when it might turn up. It is no good to me after my event. Please reply .

No1 I am not your friend! No2 ) if is not going to get to me on time it is of no use to me I need this for a Christmas party no3) at this time of year when people need items don't take orders if you can't be bothered to send them no4) how can I get my money back and buy from a reputable company ? I can get it on to time if you return my money immediately . No 5 ) I will be leaving bad feedback as people need to know to place money where they can't trust the item to arrive on time.

I have tried so I may find if it ever arrives as you have let me down and disappointed me. I tried the tracking number it is wrong I need a verification number. I will be expecting a refund you need bad feedback so people know not to deal with you.
