On November 5th, I ordered a wig that had a spiral curl pattern. Almost a month later, they sent me a wig with a wave curve pattern. I attempted to contact the company via email but no one responded. I sent the wig back the very next day. After I filed a complaint with PayPay, the company responded. They insisted they sent me the correct wig and it was made to my specifications. The company stated the curl structure must have been pressed down while shipping and I should spray some hair spray on it. I could not believe this. Spraying or combing the wig would void their refund policy so "do not fall for this". I do not think this is a legit company and they will never admit they sent the wrong wig. Please, beware when ordering from them.
