I noticed pending transaction on my bank statement. I called to inquire spoke to a Frank, he informed me it would take 3 days to get refund--not happy-- since it was still in a pending mode they could have stopped it but chose not to, so today it went through and they took the 49.95 out of my account. I called back and spoke to Mary (a manager) and she told me it will take 7 to 10 days for a refund. She then told me there was nothing else to say and she hung up on me!!!
