International boundaries
This charge, including an international transfer fee of 94c, appeared on my Visa credit card. I could not reference it to any purchase or purchase request I had made. I have no idea how they got my Visa card number. I called the bank to tell them about it, but I said I would wear the charge as long as they didn't present again, as I did not want to cancel my credit card at that time as I had put in an order to a reputable on line company using my card.
