I called this number thinking it was Apple care, and the phone was answered "Welcome to Apple support" They asked for the serial number of my computer and for the next two hours various techs kept me on the line to fix my problem--only to charge me for a 2 year plan. Ok I was tired and my computer problems overwhelmed me. I realized I had been scammed only near the end when I realized nothing had really been solved. They remote your computer and presumably help. I can't believed how I was suckered. Now I know I have to go to another technician to make sure they haven't trolled my computer. I think I'm going to give up on technology except for the basics. Too much stress and then you have this kind of duplicity in a company. Stay clear
