On checking my bank account today 8th December 2012, I found two entries - one for £25.12 on the 12th November, and another entry for £25.22 on the 19th November, 2012.
These amounts should NOT be in my Account, they were taken without my knowledge, and I would be pleased to have something done about it.
I hope spomeone will be able to help me.
