Complaint 18871 Details

Sign in with bidrack but did not notice got charge $99 for admin fees or whatever. Thats fine, so I went in and start to bid the item I like and ends up winining 3 items. So I stop and patiently wait to received the item before I will start to bid for next item because their shipping fees are very expensive and also I want to find out how long will it take to receive the item and in what condition. Patiently waiting for 3 months and still haven't received all 3 items that I won and also meanwhile I also file a complain to them and requesting to talk to their manager or supervisor and in return is the email reply as "sorry for the inconvenience and will get the management return your email". It has been back an forth for more than 10 emails and finally get contact one of their representative and send me all kind of refund email request form but still turns out as refund denied due to bla bla bla such as all information was legit and all we can do was issue you 100 more bids that cost more than $60.
As my opinion, this is a scam and all they trying to do is getting you to bid on their items and buy more bids and also their charges your shipping fees that they not going to send it to you.
Really mad at this scam website and hopefully someone can shut them down and do something about it.
