I gave them a deposit of $4200 to obtain a principal reduction on my mortgage with the written guarantee that it would be refunded if they were unable to achieve the reduction. On January 10, 2011 I received a letter from Brian Cutright, stating that they had refunded me $2332.30 which they did and that they were out of money but would pay me the balance owed in April of 2011. They did not pay the remaining $1867.70 nor have they repsonded to my letters. They have an office in Pheonix that I am unable to obtain any contact inromation for but their Las Vegas office is closed.
