Don't buy any software from them. "Downloading" their Christmas sale product 'Microsoft Office Professional' took me almost 1.5 hours instead of half an hour.
Result: incomplete files, virusses and other problems according my Microsoft assistant.
When I phoned technical support they wanted access to my computer to fix the problem. Refund was only possible if they cannot solve the issue.
I found it already very suspicious what I read on the incoming e-mail with my order product key: "Please note that we understand that sometimes installing computer software can be a very tricky process. Often if a customer can't get the software to work the first time that customer may think the software is bad, or that they have been ripped off. Please understand that this is not the case."
So be aware!
