This is a complete scam, I bought Microsoft office, it said the download was not compatible, Live tech chat wanted full access to my computer, which I did not allow, I demanded a Refund and they would not allow it. I asked to be transfered and when they would not allow me, I stated I would call the police and was transfered. This is very much a hacker scam. Do Not Buy in. You will not get a refund. Called my bank and reported fraud.
