I placed an order with benfranklincrafts.com on 11/26/12 in the amount of $102.00 for photo sleeves. My order # via their order confirmation was 912090633BE. I received an initial order confirmation, but NO other correspondence from them. No shipping information or shipping status emails. My credit card was charged instantly. I have left 2 voicemails on an unidentified voicemail system with no response inquiring about my order. I also emailed them to inquire about my order. I have received NO RESPONSE at all regarding my order. I have went ahead and disputed my credit card charge. All I want is the merchandise I paid for, but it appears that this company has several complaints in this nature filed against them ( which i learned today after searching on the internet)
