In October 2012 we contacted Ben Young via his website, http://www.benyoung.biz/ to enquire about some SEO work we needed on one of our sites. Ben was extremely helpful at first so we agreed with him that for a fee of £300.00 he would carry out some SEO work on our site including creating quality backlinks for 1 Month.

As the end of this month drew near we heard very little from Ben in regards to the work that was being carried out nor could we see any evidence of this work having been done. We sent a few emails asking if the work had been carried out, none of these emails received a response so finally we sent an email asking for a refund which again fell on deaf ears.

As we could not get a reply to our emails we used a different email address and contacted Ben again through his website towards the end of November, enquiring about SEO services. This we received a reply to in a matter of hours! We then informed him who we were and that we would like a refund on the basis that no evidence of the work had been shown and we have not been able to get a response from the various emails we had sent.

We were informed that we were not entitled to a refund because he had done the work and had the evidence to prove it. We of course asked to see this evidence so we could validate if it had in fact been done, this was on the 21st of November. This report has still yet to be sent to us although Ben has explained that he has sent it to his solicitor first for some reason and when he finally said he sent it on the 30th of November we of course did not receive it.

We have emailed him several times since asking for this report to be sent but again our emails have gone unanswered.

We are now looking at other ways to recoup our losses from this company.

Please be cautious when dealing with this company as you may not receive the work you have paid for or your money back.
