I was having issues with my iPhone 5 and contacted apple support. You think you are talking to Apple Tech Support when actually you are not. They said they could fix my problem but would require a specialist for $30. Which i responded by saying "I thought this was under warranty" at which time they responded "the warranty covered the hardware not software issues". So i proceeded with the $30...and they fowarded me to thier "specialist". I knew I had been had when thier specialist had "no" fix and plus the fact he was a droid user not an apple user.
