I received an email from [email protected] with the subject line "Your Order Was Approved!" and was surprised because I never placed an order with this company. I called the 800 number listed in the email and spoke to a gentleman. I asked him to return the $49.95 back into my account. He said he would cancel the order, and return the money back into my account and would receive an email confirmation of the cancellation. I asked him to cancel any and all future orders and he told me I would need to contact the company directly. When I asked him for contact information so I could contact the company directly he gave me the email address [email protected], which is listed in the email. I asked if there was an address or phone number; he responded he did not have any. When I pressed for contact information he told me no more future orders would be placed. I confirmed that no future orders would be placed in my name nor monies would be taken from my account. He confirmed and I hung up.
