While surfing the net I was confronted by an unsolicited invitation to participate is some form of quiz which I was not really interested in but had difficulty exiting the site concerned. It appears some form of contract was inadvertently created. No details of the contract were provided but on the next three consecutive weekends my Telstra account was debited with 3 x $6.60 sms charges - total of $59.40. This experiece has been quite stressful as I am an age pensioner with very limited means. I hope that you are able to assist in the recovery of this money and also advise what involvement Telstra/Sensis has in this scam.
Thanks, Merv Rodgers
