I purchased 2 pair of "discounted TOMS" on their site for $73 as a Christmas gift for my wife. I got an immediate order confirmation and was excited. However, the tracking number never functioned. When I asked about it, they said to wait 5 days for it to go into the system. I waited and tried again with no luck. 8 days from the purchase date and it still didn't work. I have tried to email them several times during the last few days with no response. What a scam. I hope I can get my money back... I'm definitely reporting this to FB and Pinterest where I saw it in the first place.
