Ordered a pair of glitter shoes for 26.99 as x-mas gift for grand daughter. Thought the added on charge of $10.00 was a bit excessive but the shoes were for a good price so I was willing to pay it. After 3 weeks I did not receive the shoes but I did receive my credit card statement with a strange charge on it from a Chinese company I had never heard of for $40 and some odd cents along with a foreign exchange rate fee of .40. I called my credit card company and they sent me a statement of dispute to fill out. Before the statement arrived I received a package in the mail with Chinese return address and markings on the package with the shoes I had ordered. They were in the wrong size and there was no paperwork whatsoever included and no way to return them. So now I received the merchandise but was overcharged and received the wrong size and I can't even find this company when I go back online. After reading the previous complaint I'm thinking that maybe I should cancel my credit card.
