opened a add thru facebook stating anti wrinkle serum for $1.90 and aprox $6. delivery fee.... recieved serum 3 weeks later and only now got my bank statement saying 86.75 was taken out ... NOT HAPPY... somthing has to b done how do we know that now they have everyones credit card no. they aint gonna take more money? i have tried the phone nos. supplied n nothing i have no record on paypal either.... what the hell is going on n what is going to b done about it???

- In response to this one and the complaint I also lodged about the product. I have just called the Australian contact number and got through to Customer service and was advised that the conditons were that is I did not cancel the order within 14 days I would be charged for the product being $84.71. and each 14 days charged for that product. I was advised that after evaluating the product I had the option to cancel. I ordered the product on 17th August and was charged on 1st September but did not receive the product until 5th September. I have cancelled the order and been advised that they have a NO REFUND policy so I can't get my money back!!!
