I signed up for Cyberdefender & was happy with it for 10 months. Then the phone calls started to renew my subscription. I did not renew. Then a Cyber Defender "pop up" came on my screen everytime I turned the computer on and ran a scan. The scan came back saying I had "fatal errors" and tried to get me to provide a credit card number. Realizing this must be a bogus site I didn't. But it was too late, my computer was fried. Cyber defender tried to help, but could do nothing. I then called to complain that Cyberdefender had not protected my computer but had led me to getting the fatal virus with this pop up. They claimed no responsibility and refused to refund any of the money left on my remaining subscription. DONT' USE CYBERDEFENDER!!!

  • They are the worse. They lied to me too stealing my money. Simply call your credit card company and dispute the charge. You need to hurry before they close their doors. They filed for bankruptcy giving all of their employees final notice doors closing in 60 days (or less). You have a strong case with your bank and should be able to chargeback the charge since they were unable to deliver on their services. Good luck!
