I purchased a Compaq Presario C 56 online from Walmart who shipped it to me. When I attempted to use it I noticed that the electronic components as far as re booting were defective so I took it back. While I was in the store I purchased the same model and brought it home. This was supposed to be a brand new machine. When I opened it and turned it on I noticed it already had someone else user ID on the log on page so it was impossible for me to log onto the computer. When I returned the second machine I asked to see the store manager to let her no what was going on and see if she could give me another brand for the same price. She said no. So now I was out my time for setting up two defective machines as well as my fuel for driving back and forth to Walmarts twice in the same day. Needless to say after this all I did was get my money back less the shipping fee for the first computer.
