I placed an order with this company on Nov 2nd. They immediately charged my card. I received no order confirmation and the status on their site simply said "ordered." I called and emailed them daily for 2 weeks with no reply. Calls went directly to voice mail. I called my Credit Card Co. to cancel.-Then I got an email from a Kathy Lawton saying the merchandise was not in stock. At this point I just want my money back. It's been four days and still nothing. My credit card company's policy is to allow 2 weeks from the day of order cancellation for the vendor to refund after which time I may dispute the charge. - I'm afraid my money may just be gone.
A check with the Secretary of State of Wisconsin revealed that their certificate of authority was revoked 10/25/12. - But the site is still up and they still are very quick to collect the cash. The whole operation stinks of ineptitude at best and fraud at worst. Stay clear of this company.
