back in may of 2012, the software was installed in my computor. At a years subscription of about 204$. software was installed then started have problems with computor by it running slow and having many errors and viruses.I allready have norton antivirus on my computor.The IYOGI techs would clean my computor of errors and viruses. They suggested that i should remove the pronerds software because it could damage computor.I was told by a tech. that i will be penalized 80$ for early cancellation.So i spoke to a supervisor about this matter of not informing me about this penalty but all i got from her was an apology. the software was removed for about two months and computor is running very good.So i guess i will have to take this 80$ loss and have remaing balanc credited to my account. Currently the software is NOT in my computor. I hope this issue can be resolved.
