MY computer shut down and would not access the internet. I called their technition and he fixed it. I'm going to have to pay $199.99 in one week to have it extracted. Are you kidding me? MacAfee or Webroot couldn't catch this before they got to me? They did and are threatening to shut my computer down again. Computer is only 2mos old. Beware people.
