I called looking for Apple support. They falsely represented themselves as Apple and proceeded to "fix" my iphone telling me I needed antivirus software and then attempted to fix my phone by taking over my laptop. NOTHING was resolved at all. My phone still did NOT work and I was charged 3 different charges for $59.99, 59.99 and $99.99.
When I finally went to the Apple store because my phone was still not fixed they simply replaced it for no charge. This company falsely represents themselves and recommends products that are NOT necessary and will NOT fix your problem.
