I never ordered this product, I had suddenly gotten an email about a free trial. I called to cancel and was told that my account was cancelled and that if I got anything in the mail to go ahead and keep it. But the other day I got a letter in the mail that $130 was taken out of my account and I suddenly had insufficient funds in my account. When I called them to get everything taken care of the Supervisor that I spoke to would only give me half and I had return the 'Free Trial' and pay for the shipping costs.
