I purchased an X5 mop from this company around the 18/10/2012 for what seemed like a bargain price of £70.00 including postage,it arrived on the 26th(late) and after trying it out proved faulty,so we returned the item to the specified address(£8.00 postage)and the company acknowledged receipt of the product on the 31/10/2012, where they suggested that a full refund would be in my account 2-3 days later. No such refund has been given since then and after numerous emails I have a suspiscion that my money is lost...money I can ill afford to lose.

Emails went back and forth, with broken english replies, and many excuses, couriers fault, cant get hole of courier, first it was courier QUALLE then it was ROYAL MAIL. so luckily paid with paypal. opened case, and within 2 weeks, money back in paypal. Thank goodness for paypal, will only ever use them in future. Do not use, feel fraudulent company
