I purchased an X5 Styeam Mop from this company on 18/10/12 - Its a SCAM. The X5 Steam kop delivered did not work, i was therefore told to return the product to an address in London costing me £8.80. They are now sayin the product has not been returned - there English is pathetic - i have sent numerous e-mails trying to get my money back but have no Joy. Do not use this site - they are conartists!

  • I too ordered an X5 mop from here 13th october 2012. The payment went out, but it never arrived. I emailed constantly and got repeated automated responses back in appalling english saying the server was down and they would respond within 72 hours. I eventually was sent an email to tell me the mop had been delivered (it hadn't) and the proof of posting showed a dodgy signature. I queried it and finally got a response saying it had been mis-delivered but I would get another one soon. I got a mop eventually at the end of November but it had a european plug on the end. I wrote back and asked for an adaptor, I never received it. I emailed again and in December, finally got one. The mop worked ONCE, then the on/off plastic button popped out and it was broken and the water temp never got above hot, certainly not steam. I wrote email after email. I got emails back saying the server was down, they wished me a happy christmas and that the company was closed for 3 weeks over the Christmas/New Year period. I had in the meantime contacted my credit card company, who I had paid through, and I got the money refunded for the mop in January 2013. I have boxed the mop up and sent them an email to ask them to organise collection of the faulty item and have given them 6 weeks (given that they have to come from Italy to get it!) to collect it. This email has been bounced back as undelivered- I wondered if they had gone bust so I looked them up and found all this!

If anyone is just researching buying an X5 mop -DON'T!
