I have previously send in my headphone for warranty service earlier this year (July 17th). I am yet to receive my replacements.
I have emailed, and called them over (International Dial worth $200) speaking to various personnel assuring I get my shit back.
I called them today and I get a delivery expected date of December 8th 2012.
WTF ???

- If they are requesting for people to submit their product and not returning them that's a crime. I'm looking to sue and I'm trying to gather additional complaints of people sending their product and not getting them back. Have you gotten yours?
