Tried trial and sent email to cancel and called in March to cancel but the product still kept coming. I refused the shipments at the post office thinking I would not be charged since I actually never received the product. That was not the case you must have an RA number on them, so now they do not want to return my money even though I do not have the product. When I got the trial this was all explained-NOT. Told them if they did not want to refund the money that they need to send the product back. She said they have never done that before but she will report it. Amazing all the cancellations never went thru but each shipment did even after they were returned and showed they were returned just with no RA.
And since they had my card number they could just keep charging it and not refunding the money. I don't have money to throw away and this really upsets me.
