I ordered 2 pair of 6mm crystal earrings. The ad was for princess cut earrings with safety backs. I looked through the entire ad to see that they were what I was ordering, nothing about a substitution. I received two weeks later 2 pair of round crystal earrings, basic earrings you can get at any gift shop. And not worth the $9 each pair, let alone the $89 they stated they were worth. I sent a complaint to dealfind, after searching where you can even contact them, and received the standard, you will hear from us in 1-2 business days. Well it has been nearly a week, I have sent a number of other emails, and still nothing. These are supposed to be birthday and Christmas gifts. Should have just stayed with Groupon! Nothing but a scam.
