I ordered 3 sails for a Compac 16 - main, jib, & spinnaker - they were paid for over 3 months but never delivered - i did receive a couple of emails stating they were very busy and the last email on 10/3 stated the sails were in the shipping dept. - i have not been able to reach anyone since by phone or email
