I ordered two pair of Toms from TomsShoesOutletShops.com and a month later I still have not recieved my order. I did recieve a email back from them when I complained but they still have not shipped the goods. They say they offer a refund but there is no way to file for one.

I am afraid the same thing has happened to me. I ordered one pair for a total of $36.99 over a month ago. I have not received my item, no tracking info, and no response from the "contact us" form that i have filled out multiple times on the website. What was the name that was on your bank statement?
