This company took my money and my large order NEVER arrived. I sent several follow-up emails and called as well. No responses, phone now disconnected Order Date/Time:07-Jul-2011 08:39:08 AM PT Transaction ID:3726312789 Invoice Number/ Customer ID:8641107 I have sent approximately 10 emails and called countless times to the "customer service number" that is now disconnected. This is the statement on the BBB website: As of May 20, 2011 the following out of business notice has been posted on this firm's website: "NALAGRACE.COM IS OUT OF BUSINESS (aka hairbowprincess.com). This message will remain active until July 1, 2011. Orders are still being processed to go out to consumers, and we are a contract company looking over those orders being out to each & every customer who has ordered from back orders & current orders from December 2010-March 2011. Work is being completed as quickly as possibly, so please be patient. If you prefer not to wait on your order, or if you have any questions/comments, please feel free to contact [email protected] All inquiries will be responded to within 48 hours. Thank you." IT IS ABSURD THAT THIS COMPANY IS STILL STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE. WHO IS PROTECTING CONSUMERS FROM THIS FRADULENT COMPANY? PLEASE STOP THE WEBSITE AND STOP ALLOWING THEM TO STEAL MONEY FROM CONSUMERS!
