I purchased this product on 8/2/11. It was shipped in a timely manner and I started taking it according to the package directions. The ingredients were nothing unusual, and I didn't see how they warranted an $80 price tag. Seeing no observable improvement in 14 days time, I called and canceled my shipments. Unknown to me the company had charged my card for $80 that morning. They did not offer me to send back the product for a refund, nor did they inform me that I had been charged already. When I discovered the charge and called them back on 9/1/11, they told me that the product needed to be shipped back and received by them today in order to be eligible for the 30 day money back guarantee. I argued that the gentleman that I spoke with didn't remind me of that policy, nor did he inform me that I had already been charged. They were very rude and unhelpful. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that "supervisors were there for administrative purposes only" and was offered a $40 refund. I insisted on speaking to someone who had authorization to give a full refund and was transferred to Kelly. She proceeded to insinuate that I was an idiot for not remembering about the refund policy, and they did nothing unethical by not telling me about the charge and policy when I called in. In the end, she promised to refund the full amount with an exceptionally sarcastic attitude, even after I thanked her for her help. I haven't seen the refund come through, yet, but even if it does, they are still an unethical company with poor service. Please inform your readers to STAY AWAY from this company. They do not embrace decent customer service tactics and treat their unsatisfied customers like garbage and idiots.
