I too have received the sample trial of Revivagenix for 4.95 with no word of being automatically signed up for month to month. I just happened to look at the shipping label inside before throwing it all away. I called the number on the white label and told them I did not sign up for automatic shipping and told them to cancel me. This was on the 24th (I think). They said fine-no talk of charging me. Then on the 26th my checking account got hit by the 92.95 charge. My bank caught it as possible identity theft because it came from Beleize and they tried twice. Bank tried to stop it but too late. Said I could file fraud.
