I called the 1-800 apple number to get support on transferring mu itunes account from my PC to my new MAC book AIR. When doing so this company somehow hacked into the line and told me the only way not to loose 4,000 songs was to pay a one time fee of $79.99. SO naturally I paid it and once I did they were unable to help me resolve my issue. After 7 very frustrating hours on the phone they finally agreed to refund me $40.00 and nothing more. This company is a scam. I have reported them to apple and am going to dispute the rest of the money even if it costs me money with my bank. These people are a fraud. Apple reassured me I should never have to pay anything on my new computer for at least one year. Be ware and ask questions they were very knowledgeable up until I knew it was a fraud and then they were just plain rude and careless!!!!
