i purchased an H2o steam mop and was informed that i would be getting $100.00 gift service for being a valuable customer, I would also get an American Express gift card for $25.00 (received Oct/2012, and a Visa $40.00 gift card )I only received one for $20.00. The $100.00 i am still waiting, I have called at least a dozen time, and talked to about the same amount of people (I have dates and names) every time I was given a different date as to the mailing. late September I received a card asking me to chose a gift from a post card, the card showed an membership #, I am not a member. On September 24 I wrote them a Letter, asking for the gift card, but to date, November 25 NO CARD no RESPONSE. Their business practices with customer services, "stinks". They are not accredited by the BBB and it shows BBB has "an alert" issued on them.
