I ORDER SHOES FROM THIS PLACE ON 8-17 ALONG WITH MY FRIEND ORDERING ON 8-16 SHE REVIVED HER SHOES WITH NO PROBLEM HOWEVER I HAVE BEEN CHASING THESE SHOES DOWN AN STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED THE PROB OR GOT REFUNDED MY MONEY BACK I HAVE CALLED 3 DAYS IN A ROW SPEAKING WITH CLUELESS REP.S 1 WANTING ME TO GO TO MY LOCAL POST OFFICE (WITCH BY THE WAY HAVE NEVER HAD MY PACKAGE) PICK UP THE SHOES AN IF I WANTED TO RETURN THEM I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A $5.95 FEE!!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY EXPERIENCE!
