Their TV and online ad, offers this product in the following manner.
Buy one and get one free. The website has the usual qty. order box, which when I made the order, indicated a qty. of one. I understood this to mean, a qty. of one set of two, the one I purchased and the free one at a price of 19.99 plus s&h. When I received my confirmation, it indicated I had ordered a qty. of one, plus an additional order of one. The additional set was priced at 14.99 plus s&h. Not only was an additional set added, but an additional shipping charge was added for the second set of 15.98. I have no way of finding out, but they may have double the tax as well. So the end result, for an order that should have come to a total of 38.94, I was actually billed 72.88.
