I also ordered the swivel spice rack for $19.95 with the second one free as long as shipping and handling was paid. I was very concerned when the order came and there was no invoice included .I was shocked and annoyed when my credit card was billed $91.94 for this item. Since there was no invoice it seemed impossible to return this item. I was pleased to see that I am not alone and that this company has scammed so many other people! What can we do?!?!

Was this ordered online? If so, what was the URL? You did not state if you called a phone number or ordered online. If it was an ad in a newspaper or a magazine with a phone number, then the publisher of the ad would have the information on who placed the ad. The police need that info to try to get the offenders.
If you ordered online, then the FCC will be interested in the fraud. Also, the webhosting company that is hosting the website used for the fraud would be interested in knowing that their hosting is being used for illegal or unethical purposes. They can shut down the website and give the information to the proper authorities for who the people are.
These kinds of scams are everywhere lately. I hope you can get your money back. That is way too much for a swivel spice rack considering the fact that our local CVS pharmacy has them for the lower price. -
