On September 7, 2012, I purchased the Lucid Art Camera, for 159.72. I made this purchase with the understanding that the item was in stock and would be shipped immediately. Never once during the order process was I informed this item was not available. After two weeks I contacted customer service to inquire about my order. I was told by Destiny through e-mail that my order was out of stock and they were waiting for a shipment from their supplier. I waited until October 7th and then contacted customer service again, was told the item was still out of stock. I told Destiny to cancel the order. This was October 7th. She told me the order was cancelled and that the refund department would be issuing me a refund. It is now October 17th, I still do not have my money and benfranklin.com refuses to answer my e-mails or phone calls. I have now sent them a notice that I will puruse third party action to get money back. This is a horrible company.
