I placed an order with BenFranklin.com on September 6th, 2012 and received a confirmation of the order and my credit card was charged immediately. After waiting 3 weeks with no indication of when I should expect my items, I cancelled the order by e-mail and requested a full refund to my credit card. I received an e-mail the next day informing me that my information had been passed to the refund department and the would issue the refund. It is now October 13th and I have not received the refund. This company has had my money for over a month and the only response I get is that my information is passed to their refund department and will be issued as soon as possible.
