I ordered a free sample and paid for the delivery only, once I had the order I cancelled my membership by email so as to stop any further payments being taken from my card. But to my shock the company has taken a payment off my card on the 10/10/2012 but this does not show on my credit card statement online until 12/10/2012. I have raised a concern with my credit card provider as well as putting a block on my current card, now have a new card on order. Also like to inform people that the product this company sells does not work, do not waste your money, go and see a health professional for help and advice, do not shop online for fake useless products. Very unhappy with this company as I have tried to contact this company but do not get a single reply to email or telephone calls, a big con.
