Recently I am having some trouble with Verizon, been a customer since 2009. My online profile says I have used 28 minutes of my total minutes but I can't see the details. I also can't see the details of my last billing cycle used. It is so blinding, called a customer care rep but he is helpless too, he says the details are out for billing. Can't Verizon make sure that things can be seen by consumers any time they want. Otherwise what's the point of having online profile. I had paid $230 as the bill a month ago, I want to avoid that. Also Verizon had notified me couple of times when I exceeded my minutes' allowance but not for last few months. They are very inconsistent. How can the consumers be happy?
