I have a charge on my bill for 75 mb value pak for 10.00 a month. when i called verizon they said it was for an internet package on my phone. I never signed up for such a program. I would never use an internet program on my phone. When I called verizon the agent was rude and said I must have signed up for it but they do not have my signature accepting such a program. This has happened to me before with verizon they tak on a service hoping you dont find it in with all the other charges they charge you. I feel it is a scam that they can add a program without your permission
