I recently received an email in my SPAM folder entitled: "Your Order was approved" for a monthly reoccurring charge of $49.95 for the purchase of Resveratrol (Rez-v). The email showed the website (Punitronhelp.com) that billed my Credit/Debit Card, and had all of my billing, and account information, to include card type, account number and expiration date, as well as a link to their website and a phone number to contact their customer service.

When I tried to reach them via phone, I was automaticaly placed on hold for approx 5 minutes, and then the call was dropped... twice. The website was no help either. When you try to cancel your subscription, it asks for your subscription ID (which is not provided in the email), and it won't be able to access your account with only your email address and the last 4 digits of your credit card that was used for the purchase. The link "How do I find my Subscription ID" is broken, and the internet cannot find the link.

The Membership cancellation page also had a disclaimer at the bottom of the page for the unsubscribe option (which did not work) stating:

**Chargebacks & Cancels
If you have made it to this website, then you should have no reason to chargeback a transaction. We are here to assist you, whether you have decided you are unhappy with the product or have concerns over charges. If you feel that you no longer wish to remain a member, have concerns about charges, or any other inquiry, please don't hesitate to contact our support team and get the service you deserve. If you do choose to chargeback any transaction, please understand that it is our policy to prohibit those who do from ever joining any of site we own or operate in the future.**

This all seemed rather sketchy to me, and my suspicions of fraud only deepened when I realized that the entire Customer Service was a run-around, providing links for Customer Service Live Chat that did not work, and all the links provided were dead-ends, or broken links no longer working. Also, when I did a Google search of this product, and the company, I found this website (Scambook), and a few other links that all depicted a scam with significant damages from Punitron.com.

I immediately contacted my Card Company and opened a fraud case for this issue. I cancelled my current card and had them re-issue another. I still have not been able to make any contact with this company, nor do I even want to, as they are obviously a scam. I just don't know how they would have accessed my account information, as I make efforts to keep al my financial information very secure. I'm glad I caught this early, before multiple charges were posted against my account.

I encourage anyone else falling prey to this scam to take similar action immediately, and to work directly with their financial institutions rather than wasting time trying to contact the website itself.
