My wife and myself paid Kathleen Caron $5,109 back in March 2011, for a 50th birthday cruise to Hawaii aboard the Celebrity Century on teh 5th April 2012, we were promised 'extra's' to the tune of approx $3,000 from her. We booked and have a receipt for an S1 cabin from Elite Cruise Options inc, she promised us e-tickets 65 days out, nothing arrived, we chased and chased, she promised that we woudl receive everythign and we were not to worry. On 23rd March 2012, two weeks before the sail, still nothing, we had to book & pay via Celebrity UK the only suite left for this sail, she promised us a full refund. Since then I have complained to BBB in the USA, a guy called Paul Karazegian from Elite replied stating that we did not accept e-docs and that we would only receive an 80% refund,as, we cancelled the booking. We are elite members, having sailed 8 times with Celebrity, we fly all over the world on e-docs. BBB closed the file as Elite promised payment, nothing has been received. I complained to FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE & CONSUMER SERVICES, Kathleen Caron promised payment and then stated that she had offered us a future cruise!!! Nothing has been received, no conversation has been had with her, despite, my calls. We have over 350 emails, mostly sent by us in the UK and still we are out of pocket by $5,109. My next step is to report her to Royal Caribbean/Celebrity Cruises and the Consumer Fraud dept at Orange County Government office.

I have now reported Elite Cruise Options inc to the Attorney General for Florida, this matter needs to be resolved once and for all. Kathleen Caron is clearly acting fraudulently and other 'would-be' travellers should be made aware of this malpractising Company.

Yesterday, I received an email from Paul Karazegian of Elite Cruise Options inc, claiming that I had made slanderous comments re the Compnay, my wife replied basically confirming that for a matter to be classed as slanderous, it had to be false and unfounded, we have over 350 emails substantiating our claim, we have the full report by the BBB where he gave written confirmation that he would send us the money and would fedex the tracking number, we have written confirmation from Kathleen Caron on more than one occasion confirming that she would send the refund and now they are claiming that they have offered us a future cruise! We have never spoken with Paul Karazegian, although, I invited him to call me on my landline last evening at 8pm, needless to say, he did not call and I have numerous emails from Kathleen Caron stating that she could not call us from the USA from her cellphone. All that we want is our money back, however, they appear to miss the point that we would not trust this Company ever again and all that we want is the full refund, as, promised by Kathleen Caron back in March 2012 when she could not confirm our cruise to Hawaii, however, she did confirm that Celebrity cruises had refunded her card. The only resolution is a full refund being sent and what is more confusing is that if they had offered us a future cruise then we would expect it to costs $5,109!! I will leave it to the Attorney Generals office to deal with this matter, unless, I receive full payment.
