I ordered an Ipad case from their website, the money was withdrawn immediately from my account and I received an e-mail confirmation of my purchase. The next day I received an e-mail stating that the product that I ordered was not available and I would receive a full refund within 10 business days. 2 months and 10 phone calls and messages have yielded nothing! I was ROBBED! The bank would not credit my account because "I gave them my account number" and the dispute is now in the ponderous hands of Visa. How can it not be considered theft if you take money from someone in exchange for items you are "selling" and then not give them the item or a refund? Don't get scammed like me!
