Ordered a flashlight, was told it was not included in the shipment from the manufacturer but it was promised to be sent to me within 7-10 days. One month later when it still had not been received, I wrote and wiseguygear claimed to have had phone and internet troubles, and would send it out immediately. It was never received, and now the wiseguygear website is down and the phone number is disconnected.
